Choose Your Preferred Level of Connection
Connect Via EMAIL
OPTION 1: EMAIL ME
**The easiest, but least secure way:
Send me an email. Please do not provide any significant details about your child, any mental health diagnosis, or other confidential information. But email me to get connected with me about what service you need or your questions. I will schedule a time for us to connect in a more secure manner.
Connect Via Phone
OPTION 2: CALL ME
**The best first step, but often the
most challenging way
While I love to answer your questions over the phone, it can be difficult to coordinate our schedules to find the time to talk. The game of phone tag can be very frustrating for both of us. You can call me to discuss your needs and schedule an appointment. If I am in a session or a consultation, please leave a detailed voice message for me. This is a secure and confidential voice mail, so you can leave a little more detailed information.
I WILL RETURN YOUR CALL.
If you want to schedule a specific time to chat for a few minutes, you can do so here. Quick calls are free of charge; however, if your question or concern requires more than 15 minutes of time, you will be encouraged to schedule an appointment or a more formal consultation call.
Connect In The Office
OPTION 3: COME IN (VIRTUALL) AND SIT DOWN
**Recommended method that gets the best results
If you know that you are ready to get started, then schedule an appointment right away. My team will send you the information you need before your first appointment. Our virtual sit-down will take place via secure video conferencing. The instructions are part of the scheduling process.
I VALUE YOUR TIME AND MY APPOINTMENTS START AND END ON TIME!
If you are ready to schedule your appointment, you can do so here. Quick calls are free of charge; however, if your question or concern requires more than 15 minutes of time, you will be encouraged to schedule an appointment or a more formal consultation call.
