EXPLORE ALL THREE JOURNAL TYPES

Some days, you might feel like a totally different journal type and that is normal!

We all have each of these parts within us - some might be a little easier to access than others, but there is always something to learn!

REFLECTIVE

YOU LOVE:

You enjoy writing about your feelings and emotions.  For you, looking deeply into your inner world feels interesting and helps you process what is going on in your world.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

Reflective types can be considered "over-thinkers" when they are unsure how to process intense feelings.

YOU MIGHT TRY:

Using your journal as a container. Channel your wandering mind in ways that help you understand your own and make decisions that help you feel more grounded in your daily life.

GOAL SETTING

YOU LOVE:

You enjoy thinking about where you are going in your life.   For you, looking at your future feels exciting and helps you make decisions in your daily life.

 YOUR CHALLENGE:

Goal setting types might  feel like long journaling sessions are a "waste of time" that take them away from being productive.

YOU MIGHT TRY:

Slowing down to speed up. There are so many journaling interventions that will help you harness the wisdom of your future self so that you set clear, intentional goals and have the confidence to go after them!

CREATIVE

YOU LOVE:

You enjoy writing!  Your journal is a springboard for any of your creative projects.  It's a place where you gather snippets of ideas, or just allow your day dreams to run wild.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

Creative types might feel constrained by prompts and prefer to do whatever they want!  That's totally fine - there are no rules.

YOU MIGHT TRY:

Delegating control temporarily.  You can sometimes appreciate the challenge of a specific directive to get your creative juices flowing!

But I only send you things I REALLY believe in.
